Technology Support During Distance Learning
Posted on 04/07/2020
The Technology Department is available to support families who might experience issues with Chromebooks or have technology problems.

If a student experiences an issue with a Chromebook, the student should try some simple at-home troubleshooting steps such as:
-- Restart the device
-- Hold the power button for 30 seconds
-- Power on using the power cord
-- Let the Chromebook battery die or fully discharge
-- Leave the Chromebook plugged in overnight

Additionally, your student’s Chromebook may need repairs or you may encounter a technology problem with a password, login or Wi-Fi issue. Please follow the process outlined below for Chromebook repairs and technology support.

1. Please complete the Distance Learning Technology Support Request form.

2. We will contact you by email or phone and try to resolve the issue.

3. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will schedule a time for you to exchange your device for a sanitized replacement device.

If you have questions, please call our technology department at 763-504-4925. Please note, as students across the United States engage in distance learning, online learning platforms (such as Schoology and Seesaw) may have periodic disruptions and/or outages in service.
